Over the course of his career, he is responsible for the formulation and implementation of marketing and business managing strategies. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a start-up to an established interior company with an extraordinary track record.
Tan is the human resource manager of Holiaocon. She is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of the company. She oversees the recruitment of new staffs, training, career development compensation and benefits of employees. Tan also involves in company’s strategic planning and serve as a link between company’s management and the employees.
Lau is a project director of Holiaocon. He manages the finances of the company and its projects with extreme precision, by ensuring the projects are completed well within client’s budgets and expectation. With his expertise in project managing, Holiaocon has grown to expand our project team extensively and increase our business opportunities broadly.
